Unable to enter IP of computer in settings [fixed]

I am using an iPad and have Live mobile v2.3.1. There are no tabs or touch buttons to go to a different menu to enter information such as the IP address. I am running version 7.0.2 on my iPad. The only button there is "connect to Live". When I hit that button it asks me to enter the ip of the computer in settings. Where is the settings. There is no other screen to go to.
