Flash Button sticks on

On my ipad, as well as my android tablet, if I have a flash button set to momentarily on it works great, UNLESS I slide my finger a little but, shifting the screen some as if I was going to slide to a different page (accidently), then it will lock it on, and I have to tap it again to release it. Until I figured out what was going on, this caused me a lot of headaches!
