Done, but no sure 100% accurate.

The B-40 manual is a bit weird. It lists a "10 channel mode" which actually only has about 13 channels. It goes from Channel 10 and then skips straight to Channel 17, skipping a bunch of channels, and then a number of the channels from 17-22 are just exactly the same as other channels.
