I bought a Gigbar in early December. There still has been no fixture profile released for it. I emailed Chauvet about it twice and still have not heard back. I spoke to a man in Chauvet technical support with an Indian accent last Thursday. He was surprised that there wasn't a profile made for it yet, and promised me by noon the next day he would make one and email it to me. Well, that was three days ago and still no response. I can understand not making profiles in a timely manner for competitors products, but not even supporting your own products on your in-house software?
