Please help with a profile because Im struggling with this one...

this looks completely different from the manual? Is it the wrong file?

The PDF does not tell the colors ; it just says "color 1", "color 2", "color 3", ...
Sorry but we can not make better than the PDF from the manufacturer.

where would I put the colors then?

If you know the colors, in program Setup you can:
- rename the channel "effect_macro" by "color"
- change "macro_1", "macro_2", "macro_3", ... by the name of the colors
