Lost all green from par cans

Hi,
I had a problem last week after downloading the new version i had no PC link and after lots of help form someone in a group it turned out my interfaces were too old for the version 9 so had to they kindly restored an older version however I have now noticed all the par cans have lost green. I've gone into the fixture editor and changed them about and tried creating new fixtures based on there channels but still nothing. Red works blue works, shutter, strobe, dimmer all work just not green. What on earth could have happened to make this happen? and does anyone know how to fix such a problem? I can't imaging all 4 cans can go defective on the same day.

What a twat! haha scrap that last request. I've just tried the cans with an old small controller and found there was no green from that either. After more examination I found all the green has been turned down on the cans from a couple of years ago. Next streaming gig shall have other colours than red and blue
