Save and Import new fixtires In Version 6

Postby jjunkie » 26 March 2010, 00:48

I have been trying to import new fixtures but it says "can not import fixture" when I try to import one from the file. I have entered the information in 3 times and tried to save the fixture and it won't come up when I reenter the setup up screen.

also how do you get 5.2o to work on windows xp?

His problem is known in this forum (and was fixed some weeks ago).
See section "Setup".

The box installer is looking for a file CylUsb.sys to install the driver for the X-Factor. Where do I find the file?

- first post in this thread speaks about a known bug which has been posted and fixed, some weeks ago
- then the same thread switches to lightshow conversion from V5 to V6, while it is clearly explained in the FAQ section
- and the last post asks where to download version 5 !!!

Sorry but they are already clear answers in the section FAQ.
We sincerely regret that you did not read them, before reposting same questions.
Please understand that, if each customer repost the same question, our new job will be 100% in this forum, instead of software improvement.

This thread is not useful future readers.
We move it to the section "Trash".
