It's Possible create special Laser show or we need a specific software to creste them?
Foe Example to write one name or an image.

If your laser has a dmx input to control it, this should be possible.

Yes the laser that i want to buy have dmx control but i can use Pixel project to write my name or a movie?
or ineed ilda protocol? with specific software?

You will need an ilda software for that kind of functionality.
