Chauvet R2 Spot

I have 4 Rouge R2 Spots about 18 months old.
They are all extremely jerky on slow pan and tilt. It has been slowly getting worse to the point where i cant really use them on events.
I have run them through show Xpress and a Grand MA desk with the same outcome on both.
Have tried all the usual resets - They were great when i got them and have deteriorated over the last 6 months... Any clues
