i own the showxpress 100 and running windows xp. i want to be walked through from the top. i am going to delete everything and wait for you to tell me (send me a link) what software to download and what drivers to download and what to do as far as delete the drivers that come with the new download and input the new ones. ive tried about 10 times to do it and im still not getting my usb interface to blink. and when i did have it blinking a couple days ago, i still couldnt get my colorstrips to come on after i addressed them properly. i dont care about saving shows. i just want to be able to change the color of all my lights when i want. i tried while only having one colorstrip hooked up. i have tried mulitiple. i have no luck on my 4bar tri's either. what gives. once again. please just instruct me from the top. thank you very much for your time and sorry for typos forward slash spelling
