remote controller upload error

I've just made a program for the remote controller,
but when I try to upload this in the standalone window to the device the software gives the message:
Problem : data upload failed
The remote controller gets reconnised by the software but I can't upload my scene's.
When I try to upload something from the demo_show I have the same problem.
I tried to upload wrong an other computer but still the same problem.
What's going wrong?

We recently found a problem regarding uploading data file on certain computers, with interface Remote (the other interfaces are not concerned). This might be your problem. Please contact your retailer. He will explain you how to upgrade the interface firmware.
