Sometimes Sweet Light Remote stop sending DMX Signal

Some Times Sweet Light Remote stop sending DMX Signal. The Serial number is: 04313300011400092.
2 Days ago I used Sweet Light Remote with sweet light software. At 08:00 pm it worked correct for about 30 Minutes. Then we let the laptop alone for abtout 15 minutes. Then we recognized that one DMX Devce started the automatic mode in case no DMX signal is received. So I looked at the sweet light remote. Only the blue Power led was on. PC Link LED was not flashing anymore.
I configured a standalone programm if software is not running, but this program also doesnt work. In my oppinion, the device hang up and doesn´t sent a dmx signal.
After I unplugged USB and DMX and plugged it on again, the sweet light remote worked correct for the rest of the night. Is there maybe a firmware fault. I had this situation already some times.
