The Lighting Controller

Tried to read the ir remote for the dmx512 and make an ir file for using Crestron controller. The strange thing, this works in some way, but the problem is depending which button was last pressed, next button will not work. Anyone have tried this? Anyone have a Crestron ir file where all buttons are well functioning?
