i did uninstall and reboot

i have also pm support but have had no answer

The ShowXpress software present on the links above is the 6.25 version. Version 6.22 is no more available since the beginning of the year. Where do you see the "6.22beta" version number ?

The only explanation is : the software you are launching is not the one installed by the setup present here : http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... ss_Win.exe. It is a rest (not uninstalled) of an old install (the 6.22beta).

Like the first time, can you please try to uninstall the software then delete the entire directory "c:\Programs\ShowXPress" then install the software.

IMHO, there is no need to reinstall Windows if you do what i suggest you ;-)
