The Lighting Controller

I tried to use the stand alone scene for the first time with the box, and I could not get it to work. I uploaded the scene to the box. I then closed the software and the stand alone light was illuminated on the box, but the scene wasn't appearing. I then tried it with self-powered and no USB connection. Again, the stand alone light was on, but there were no lights on. All the lights on the scene are below DMX channel 100. Please let me know if this is a hardware, software, or user error, and how can I fix it.

Please check you double-click the wanted scene in the scenes list, in order to see its name below the list, before clicking on "Upload".

Was this problem solved, Im having the same issue.
i was doing tasts and the stand alone light is on but the light fixture does not turn on.
Im running on VmWare software (Windows Xp)
I m all updated.....
