not a ground loop, live detects the box but will not talk to it and refuses to enter into dmx mode in the software

Update:

The dmx X-factor box runs DMX perfectly fine in stand alone mode, it is recognized by the software in the control board but the editor and live mode will not enter 3d or dmx mode!!!

This can not be fixed in our software.
You have to set your antivirus/firewall to not block communications for "Live", "Editor" and "ControlBoard".
