Express 512 No PC Link [fixed]

Hi.
My interface works properly on my MacBook. I want to use it on my new touchscreen PC using Windows 10 Home. I was able to load the driver and the Xpress is being recognized by the software. However the PC link is not blinking. How to resolve?

I've done all your instructions and The software detects the interface. However the PC Link still does not blink.

Weird.
Please check with another computer. If same results, please return your interface for maintenance service.

I have tried another box from a friend and the same issue. It could be a Windows 10 driver orbither setup issue.

So far, when the software says "interface found", it means the driver is well installed.

Should it be 32 or 64 bits? 2013 or 2015? Have you tried it on Windows 10 Home?

Can you still help. The box blink on a macbooc, Not on PC with Windows Home.

I got it to blink by specifically choosing Driver 13 and under 64 bits folder.
