Can you please ?
- post a screenshot of these error windows
- list us exactly the actions you do, before the error window appears

We do not need any screenshot under Vista 64bits, because we do not guaranty our software on this OS (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6).

1. I open QuickDMX
2. I plug in the Interface D512
then nothing happend and the QuickDMX said no Universe found
at the first Plug in the computer said install a Driver

so I got into the Device Manager
I choose driver update and then looking at the computer from a list
I install the efk.int-file
Then the computer install the driver
and after a few sekunds he said error

PS.: how could i post a foto??? :?:

This is not the standard driver.
You have to use this driver: http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... rivers.zip

Sometimes it is indeed not easy to force Windows to use a new driver. The reason is the previous installed files are still in the system, and Windows does not replace them by the new files from the recent driver.

Did you strictly respect this procedure ? viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2111
This procedure is supposed to force the OS to replace all files (SYS, DLL, INF, CAT, ...) by the new one.

I have deinstalled all old drivers, deleted the driver from the D512 and downloaded the new one. Now i've installed the new driver but also the same error comes.
