The Lighting Controller

I'm running showxpress with a macbook laptop. First problem is that while I have the box plug into the computer with no dmx cable hooked up to it and do some programing using the 3d window after a while it loses the pc link and I have to shut the software down to get it to link up again. Ohh and yes I have the dmx turned on the editor window. Second problem is while I'm out on a job running the software everything is fine but when I do not change to a different scene for a while it loses the pc link also. So can anyone help?????? Thanks.....

We very recently found a problem, under MacOS, when using Live and 3DView together.
