interface not detected
Posted: 28 September 2014, 01:18Hello, I have an Xpress-512 Plus interface to use with a laptop HP Split 13 x2 with Windows 8 OS and USB 3.0 port.
Work with this interface and this laptop about 3 months until last week amid an event stopped working. I was trying to get working again and I went out an error opening ShowXpress V6 software first .... To download the new version if it was error ShowXpress. The error said:
Nb interfaces = 1
Interface # 1 - Ma: 0 - Mo: 268 492 288 - L: 12
Now do not get the error and I do not detect the laptop interface, simply turn on the blue LED Power laptop but the sound does not just connect a USB device, and try other laptop with USB 2.0 and neither detected . In Windows Device Manager does not appear .... I already despair and can not find the solution
