My xpress 512 units stopped seeing data abruptly. I got a message that I have an incompatible dongle. I have 3 xpress 512 dongles and one xpress plus unit. After removing the plus unit software would start and see 3 universes but no green data lights on the dongles. Switched machines and all 4dongles are working on the other machine. I re-downloaded the drivers and updated the dongle drivers in windows nothing works.

Take that back..... Xpress plus dongle caused the software to glitch and crash on the second machine.... I'm currently running three of my four universes... Any help?

One interface might be brocken.
We suggest you to try each of them alone with the software.

I think this is a windows update issue on DELL computer hardware, or the USB controller contained within. I have two identical computers, four D-512 boxes. One computer has been sitting in a warehouse not updated and works fine. one i keep with me and was recently updated and no green flashing light or DMX control. On startup, splash screen will find 1 universe just as it should, it just will not send any data to the box. I began having this issue a month ago, and re-installing the software would fix the problem. After this last windows update, nothing helps. Running version 7. Everything works great on my constantly updated ACER R3 series computer.
