Tried new V9 Driver but still no PC connection [fixed]

Good afternoon,

Like many, I have installed the new V9 with the PC Link light not flashing. I've installed the new V9 drivers and assigned them manually (I have always done this anyway), however when I compare my downloaded drivers to the screen shot posted by admin, they differ.

The driver version I get is 'D512 Interface 64Bits (2017_07). To my understanding, it should be dated differently but this is the downloaded driver from the V9 link?

Could someone please shed some light on this for me please?

Here is the driver information. It doesn't match what is instructed but this is the driver that downloaded with the V9 .RAR file?
