"2017_07" was for V8 and below.
"2018_04_28" is for V9.

But the "2017_07" driver works, and the "2018_04_28" does not, even though I run V9.

I am having the same issues. "2018_04_28" does not work. Is there an update for this problem yet?

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

FYI, we recently re-signed our USB driver files with the most recent Digital Certificates from the certification authorities.
