Hi guys,

I've installed the drivers for the usb to dmx cable on my computer, afther this i see in the device manager the device cable interface (version 1.06) but also a not regonized device (usb serial port) how can i fix this problem?

May be the interface is broken (?)
To check this, please try on another computer.

Problem solved,
I just removed the unknown serial port from the device manager and it's working!
