The Lighting Controller

The purple USB to DMX key refuses to install. I never get a status light, and "No Universe Found." I have an Xpress100, and run it on Windows 7, 64-bit OS.

Yes, I have deleted everything and started over, from scratch, several times. I have tried to install it WITH and WITHOUT the software running.

Please help!

We suggest you to try with another computer.
Then if still same problem, may be the interface is brocken (?)
