led par beam is always white [fixed]

Postby marco » 12 August 2011, 06:55

hi ive got a problem with my ledpars in 3dview, they seem to be always on and show no color (some do but when i move in editor a fader they turn to whith again). can u have a look if there is on your side the same problem? i did made some changes already in setup but the problem still appears. the problem happend after i upgraded to 6.271. before the shutter didnt need to be aktive to turn on the ledpar in 3d and see a color. the solution i made last time seems not to work anymore.
the most strange thing is if i change back so the show sophies everything works ok,go back to this show the problem happens again

We effectively recently made some code change for more compatibility with CMY fixtures. This explains some different behaviour with new version.
The problem is due to channel "color" without any levels.
Please rename the channel "color" (by "color_macro" for instance) ; this will fix the problem.

But you can also do it like this:
- Make a "Dimmer Channel"
- Create a "Dimmer" level from 0 to 255
-> The Parcan will be white automatically!

Hope i can help you
