3DView Crashing more than 5 time in a session.

Hello,
I was wondering if you guys can let me know what i can do so that the 3Dview stop crushing when i'm trying to program. The dangle is not even connected yet. Also i'm having an issue with my Rain par 38. In the 3Dview the only thing they do is strobe no solid colors even with the dimmer al the way up wich is channel 7 and 4, 6 does not work. 5 is the strobe speed.

Hi there, How does it crash? How do you make it crash? I'll have a look at the rain par 38 when I get chance.

It just give me an error message and the screen goes away. i have to reopen it from the folder again an again.

It looks like your rain par has been sorted in your double post.

Are you opening 3D view from the control board?

Can you create and select an empty lightshow, and tell us if still same problem happen ?
