Does ShowXpress support the Gig Bar Move ILS in the 3D view mode. I can't seem to make it show even though the fixture is working live.

Not with its standard personality file.
However there is a workaround by creating separate personality files: one for the parcan, one for the moving light. Then you declare 4 DMX fixtures (2 parcan + 2 moving lights). It looks they do not share the same DMX channels, so the result should be ok.
