The Lighting Controller

The issue I'm having is this: The 3D visualizer allows me to create a stage and position fixtures but it won't show an animation of even the demo show on my old laptop. It's crucial that I figure out how to get the visualizer to work as I have a gig in 2 weeks and need to do some serious reprogramming of my saved shows to accommodate different size stages. That's why I bought the new laptop... to see if my old one didn't have the right video card or not enough 'horse power'.

I'm really in a bind here and any response would be appreciated.
