3D viewer not showing light

I'm fairly new to ShowXpress and am learning how to program lights, I have been following the step by step video guide that Chauvet has put on their website for those who are new to the software. Everything has worked so far but i cant seem to get the fixtures to produce light, i have set all the steps for each fixture on a clean slate and still no light in the 3D view. PLEASE HELP, this seems like an easy fix but I can't figure out how to make this work. THANKS!

There can be quite a few things.
1- check if the demo show works
2- have you clicked on the "3D" view button
3- if your interface is "usb cable" disconnect it as it will not work together with 3d

My intelligent lights seem to move in the 3D viewer as i programmed them to do so, but still no light coming from the fixtures.

Please post the personality file (in tab Editor => Fixtures, right click over the fixture, select the menu "Edit fixture", and press the button "Export" in the window "Edit fixture").
We will check it.

With channel dimmer (#7) on, plus one RGB channel (#1 - #3) on, we see the beam, here.

The channel "color" must have color levels.
It is also better to use "shutter" instead of "strobe".
For better understanding, please have a look at the fixtures in the demo_show (viewtopic.php?f=85&t=4556).
