The Lighting Controller

Just downloaded new software, and writing new show from scratch. I added my Chauvet Intimidators and MBT Smartscans to show, but have no control over pan or tilt. Also, beam "shines" even when Gobo is blacked out. These fixtures have no dimmer, and the "shutter" channel is actually an effects channel, therfore the gobo blackout is the only way to blackout the beam. Other than that, all other channels/fixtures appear to be working in 3d, so I don't think it's a firewall issue.

hi i got the same problem
also noticed in a show created with 6.00 no problem only with imported shows from 5,20
i used the converter program.
i did also try adding a moving fixture then a notice than dimmer and shutter working oke, but the pan/tilt of a other fixture moves
i programed dmx adres 372 but the the fixture that moves is programmed at dmx adres 90

We did not get any file from "genlitepro", so we could not check anything.
Could you please send us a zip file with your light show, and tell us what to do to see the problem.
Then we could check that.

We received two emails from you, but on each email the attached file is empty, so we could not check your light show.
Anyway, we found a problem similar to yours. We just uploaded a new fix. Could you please try it and let us know the result ?
