intimidator wave 360 and strike 324

hi! can you help me regarding with this lights..
Int. wave 360 has a 4 heads but it show only one in the 3d view...
strike 324 i cant see in the 3d view..
im using the latest version showxpress...

Sorry but 3DView is presently able to show only "one head" fixtures.

3DView is also able to show only "single beam" fixtures.

strike 324 is product of chauvet professional...why its not showing in 3d view?

Sorry for the Strike not showing in 3D View, and I am happy to report that the solution is very simple.
Please see the attached picture and change this option from the fixture setup window. You will then see the fixture in the 3D Window.
