It looks effectively like something is wrong around channel 400.
It might take some days to fix that problem.

I think the dmx output works ok but I cant remember if I used thes lights with 6.22 but I think I did I just never looked at the 3d viewer as I just used them live

also there is a accu spot that is in the 3d room that I cant get rid of and it is not in my lights list I think it is #4

thanks for your time ...I have a Big Show on Friday if you get a fix can you shoot me a quick email as I dont want to miss it if it is fixed

thank
you

Friday (tomorrow) will be too short to fix that problem (sorry for this).
The most important is dmx out is ok.

We hope to be able to send a fix on Monday (this is a big show).

to Mike
can this be the problem? i found this remark on wikipedia.

DMX512 is a bus network no more than 1200 meters long, with not more than 32 devices on a single bus. If more than 32 devices need to communicate, the network can be expanded across parallel buses using DMX splitters. Network wiring consists of a shielded twisted pair, with a characteristic impedance of 120 Ohms, with a termination resistor at the end of the cable furthest from the controller to absorb signal reflections.

nO THATS NOT IT I use a DMX splitter and this issue was internal to the program this time...Also I was only at about 25 fixtures at that run

but thanks for looking out

For an unknown reason, the file which contains the dmx addressing list ("fixtures.ini", generated by application Setup) is corrupted.
Please replace the file "home_directory\TheLightingController\LightShows\YourShow\fixtures.ini" by the attached file. This should fix your problem.

Now, our problem is we are not able to generate again such corrupted file, using application Setup. So this problem can happen again.

Please let us know if you edited/modified manually this file.
If not, if you made any special actions in application Setup, please let us know.
