Cheapest computer to get 3D visualizer to work

I have searched all over this forum as well as elsewhere. I am looking for a cheap laptop that would allow the full functionality of the 3d viewer (all gobo's etc..)

I found this:

Windows XP - Pentium 4 (year 2000), 1Gb ram, 800*600pixels
Windows Vista/Seven - Core 2 duo* (year 2005), 2Gb ram*, 800*600pixels
MacOS - all intel based Mac computers with Leopard

Caution: if you plan to use our 3D rendering showing moving gobos on an old computer, you will need an additional 3D video card (recent computers have an embedded 3D graphics chip).

* the extra processor and ram requirement, from Windows XP to Windows Vista/Seven, is exlusively for the Operating System

However, does this apply to even the cheap laptops that are out there. I am tossing up these 2 and curious if anyone has input on whether they would work or not?

I have a 5 year old Toshiba laptop.
It is a dual core 1.6 GHz with 1 Gig ram. I run XP Pro SP3 on it. Runs the 3D just fine.

To show textures (gobos), the most important is the video card.

I know that, but I'm not sure which video card would be sufficient.
The one's in the chauvet show xpress manual are like 10 years old (from what I'm told). So I have no idea if even a cheap integrated video card on a brand new computer is better than a dedicated card from 10 years ago.

Any recent 3D video card ("3D" is important) should be ok.
