Major Lag in 3D view

I have used this product for a couple of years now and have had no complaints. About a week ago I was designing something and 3D view was fine and then the next time I run the sequence it starts to lag really bad. I didn't change any settings between the time it was working and when it stopped. I have tried using different light shows but that wasn't the problem either. I have re-installed Showtime twice with no change. I tried different versions both times. When I run the editor and just move the moving head with that there is no lag in the 3D view at all. It only happens when I use live...which is kinda a problem. I watch my CPU and memory and neither spike when I am running Live mode so that isn't the problem either. Any suggestions?
