HighEnd StudioSpot 575 Not Responding

Postby MikeyMo16 » 22 March 2012, 17:00

Got a show this following week and I can't get my hands on these beauties until the day of the show. They are not responding in the 3d visualizer. I can get the beam to open but color, gobo, gobo rotate, strobe, focus.. pretty much every other function of the light is not responding in the visualizer. Any suggestions/anyone ever had this problem?
Note: I am using the beata software with the midi sliders update.

This fixture is very complex, so 3DView is not able to show a lot of its functions.
For instance 3DView can simulate only one basic strobe effect.
We usually do not add the gobo textures files, because the supplier do not gave them to us.
The manual we had to do the profile was not showing the colors. If you tell us where to find a manual with these color names, we could try to improve this.

Here's the manuals I have found online. I'm currently attempting to get back in touch with the dealer for a more detailed layout of the light, specifically which values cause change. I attempted to modify the profile myself but had no positive results. thanks for your help. When the dealer calls me back I will post what information he gives me. (Note: Single color's on the trackspot's work. Split color's do not and as stated before nothing else works)

Following these PDF, we put updated profiles here: http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... ity_files/.
But many info are still missing, like the exact dmx values for colors, gobos, ...
So you will have to enter these values.
