Sweetlight and Showtec Parscan

Hello, I use the program and have Sweetlight to the cable interface to it. I am in possession of a Windows 7 and XP PCs. With Sweetlight tax I currently only 2 Showtec Parcan 56 Short RGB LED When I started this morning and expressed my Porgramm in live mode to the DMX and 3D View button and start wanted nothing more was no response. But before everything went perfectly on both machines. Have all the software and the driver reinstalled without success.
What I can say is that I see no problem with the lights more in 3D View more but only the gray garage in there without something, ask for urgent help, because my system is needed. I apologize for the bad english because I'm from German into English by google überstezt because I can only German.

Hallo, ich benutze das Sweetlight Programm und habe dazu das Cable Interface dazu. Ich bin im Besitz eines Windows 7 und XP PC´s. Mit Sweetlight steuer ich momentan nur 2 Showtec Parcan 56 Short RGB LED Als ich heute morgen mein Porgramm startete und im Live Modus auf den DMX und 3D View Knopf drückte und Starten wollte ging gar nichts mehr keine Reaktion. Zuvor lief aber alles perfekt auf beiden Rechnern. Habe die Software und die Treiber neu installiert ohne Erfolg.
Was ich sagen kann ist das ich mit dem Problem keine Leuchten mehr im 3D View mehr sehe sondern nur noch die graue garage ohne irgendwas drin, bitte um dringende hilfe, da meine anlage gebraucht wird. ich entschuldige mich für das schlechte englisch da ich es mit google von deutsch ins englische überstezt habe, da ich nur deutsch kann.

PS: Es lief alles einwandfrei,bis gestern morgen, da hatte ich keine Reaktion, ich habe dann auch in 3D View keine Lampen mehr gehabt die waren auf einmal weg und ich bekomme keine mehr rein, wenn ich mit dem Editor versuche was zu ändern kommt auch keine Reaktion, wobei ich sagen muss das das Cable Interface sowie auch die rote LED an den Parcan Leuchten.

So the problem is: dmx was ok before and no more dmx now.

In order to know where comes the problem from, we suggest you to try with another computer:
- if still no dmx, please return the interface to your retailer for repair
- if dmx ok with the other computer, then the problem comes from your computer

Important: during all tests, connect only one dmx fixture to the interface.

Ich habe 2 Laptops, dadurch habe ich es an 2 Computern versucht und es funktioniert rein gar nicht, ich kann das gerät auch nicht an an einen Händler senden, da ich es über Ebay gekauft habe.Wobei das interface ja blinkt wie vorher auch ! ! haben sie eine deutsche telefonhotline wo ich mal anrufen könnte ???

Interface led blinking and no dmx means that the interface has been damaged.
Most of the times, this is due to some bad current coming from the dmx line.

Hallo, ja led blinkt, an den scheinwerfern ist auch eine led diese blinkt auch, ich habe mal versucht in der demo show den 3d view zu öffnen auch keiner lichter da, ist das aber nicht so das ich wenn ich kein interface angeschlossen habe das ich im 3d view trozdem was sehen müsste,, also die leuchten und dann wenn ich die leuchten an mache das sie auch angehen, ich haben den verkäufer gefragt er hat weder eine rechnung noch kann er mir nicht sagen wo das teil herkommt, ich habe auf der verpackung die nummern: 50216 und in der Verpackung steht 88003646, an wenn könnte ich mich da wenden ??

Achso aber meine beiden PC´s erkennen aber das Kabel, es zeigt mir der rechner sowie auch die Sweetlight software an das das kabel da ist.

Hallo, gerade eben mal die Software LumiDMX runtergeladen, mein Cable eingesteckt getestet und alles ging, nur mit der sweetlight software funktioneirt es nicht, also kann es auch nicht am interface liegen, leider muss ich auch sagen ist lumidmx viel übersichtlicher und benutzerfreundlicher.
