Crossfade [fixed]

I have searched the forums and can't find the "crossfade demo" mentioned in one of the posts.
I am new to the software and just getting up to speed, but I am finding it very difficult to create a simple crossfade between 3 groups of par cans.
Any assisance would be greatly appreciated!

In editor at the bottom of each active channel there is a little "step" if you press this it should turn to a ramp. If you have two scenes with the little icons set as ramps, in Live if you trigger each scene they will fade between the two.
