ShowXpress keeps crashing

I have tried it on two different macbook pros and still keep getting crashing what seems to be at random, the error log is posted below, anyone able to decipher this and let me know what could potentially be the problem?

I am using companion. I have used it on an M1 Mac and on an intel Mac both have the same problems.

There isnt really a clear cut way to reproduce, it just seems to happen randomly, sometimes when a scene is active, sometimes its not, sometimes it happens right away, other times the software needs to be running for a long time.

For anyone having this same issue, inside of companion there is an option under the connection tab that controls how frequently it polls the interface of showxpress for button changes, default is every 10 minutes. If you delete it it will not poll for a change, if you want you can add a manual poll button for when you do change your buttons but if you remove the automatic poll that had stopped my crashing problem. It was just polling too often and causing a memory problem.

In the next fix file (9.3.14), we updated some code and added a "Do not use WebSocket" option in the network preferences.
Please try with this file (when available) and with the "Do not use WebSocket" option checked.
