The Box USB Driver for Mac is not in the USB library!

There is no reason from Chauvet for not adding the Mac version of the USB Driver to the current Mac version of Showexpress to use the USB on Mac computers and laptops.

I can install the program perfectly but because support just wanted to wash their hands of The Box, since its an older device and Chauvet doesn't make any money from it, they are withholding the USB driver for The Box. I guarantee they have the driver for it, but they just made a poor decision to just abandon good customers. I've opened the USB Drivers Library, and you guessed it. The Box driver is not there.

Instead of running my light show from my Mac, I've had to purchase an older Windows laptop because they could not release a working USB driver for us Mac users. I have no issue using a Windows PC or Laptop, but I dislike wasting money because Chauvet couldn't just go the extra mile and support The Box. Yes, its an older device, but Chauvet should support every device they make.

I would totally understand if The Box was so outdated that it just couldn't be supported any more, but that is far from the case. I've had The Box for over 20 years, and it is still going strong. You can't really say that about many things in life. 20 years later and still going strong. The Box has made me plenty of money over those 20+ years and Chauvet should continue to support it fully on Windows and Mac.

To recap: The software works perfect on my Mac. I imported my shows and lighting setup. It's just the fact that Chuavet will not release the USB drivers for the Mac. And, the driver library is missing The Box driver. It's not that it doesn't work, its just no longer in the USB driver library for The Box on the Mac version.

USB drivers are not required on MacOS ; they are needed only for Windows OS (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... =10&t=1805).

Regarding the interface BOX
It works exclusively on Windows (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... ?f=18&t=32).
The current version of our software is supposed to support it (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... =18&t=6907).
