Update.

Ran program today to check shows. Didn't crash at all. Qlab was sending midi triggers to Lighting controller for timelines and 3d was running along with audition window from qlab for video. Wav file was present in timeline but muted.

Seems better. Maybe the quicktime crash was a one off?

Programming and synchronising in old version of software and transferring to new version works. Timelines keep timing with wav so this is at least a very temporary solution but trying to actually program synchronised timelines in current version still not possible.

Hope this info helps you!

Programing today with 3d viewer and everytime you move an object (man) in viewer and close object settings 3d viewer crashes. After reopening each time, around the 5th time, Lighting Controller crashes...(Losing my lovely new palette)

Any updates on you OSX testing and synchronisation issues?

Thanks

This looks like a new bug not related to this thread.
So please open one new thread for this new bug in section 3DView, with a link (via "wetransfer" for instance) to download your lightshow.

In the next fix file (9.3.14), we updated some code and added a "Do not use WebSocket" option in the network preferences.
Please try with this file (when available) and with the "Do not use WebSocket" option checked.
