Mac Mini M1 Random Crashing

We've recently started using TheLightingController on a new Mac Mini M1.
Version 9.2.38 with an Xpress 512 interface.
We are having problems with it randomly crashing even when no one is actively using it.
Since it's an Intel app, I tried enabling Rosetta 2 but that's not an option.
Attached is the crash report it generates.

We suggest you to first try a powered USB hub to feed the DMX interface.

Thanks for your reply.
The Xpress 512 is on a powered USB hub along with 2 Stream Decks.

Noted.
We suggest now to try with only Mac M1 + powered USB hub + our DMX interface (and all other devices disconnected).

The application still crashed with no other devices on the USB hub. I am now trying the v.9.3.4 beta build in the fix file. Thanks!

Sadly, this v.9.3.4 didn't work any better than the old one as it also crashed.

Please try with this executable which should open a custom Window with informations at crash time :
https://download.thelightingcontroller. ... _Debug.zip

Also, can you send us your LightShow and tell us how to (have a chance to) reproduce the crash?

I ran the debug version and when it crashed, I did not see a custom window. Just the normal report which I've uploaded. The crashing happens at any time, not just when we are triggering scenes. In fact it has not crashed when we are doing anything with the software.

So it looks like the crash doesn't happen in TheLightingController executable itself, maybe in a library, we'll look on our end.
I see from your first messages that you are using Stream Decks. Do you also use the "Companion" app to link Stream Decks? Another Stream Deck user seems to have the same issue and says the crash does not occur when not using Stream Deck/Companion.
Can you please try with only TheLightingControler app running and disconnect the Stream Decks?
