Because we are not able to reproduce this problem, we need some more help.

Could you please ?
1. confirm the version of the main program is 9.2.23
2. confirm the version of the 3D program is 5.2.1
3. tell how reacts the view when you rotate it with the mouse/trackpad
4. tell how reacts the view when you resize the 3DView program window
For the two last questions, if possible please post a video.

This should tell us more where comes the problem from.

Thank you for this video.

We see "OpenGL compatibility 1/2 mode" in the video, while 3DView is supposed to use "OpenGL 3.2" with your computer.
Could you please tell us if you forced the program to use "OpenGL 1/2" by checking the checkbox in the window "3D settings" section "3D rendering", or not ?

And could you please try with the previous version of 3DView (we send it to you via email), and let us know the result ?
To do this, we suggest you to:
- rename the current program 3DView by "3DViewNEW" for instance
- copy the old 3DView program in the same folder
Once the test is over:
- delete the old 3DView program
- rename "3DViewNEW" back to "3DView"

Well noted for the Open GL info.

Regarding the old 3DView program, could you please try to open it with a mouse double-click over the program icon, and post a link of a screenshot of the error message.
