Our software does not start

There could be two reasons

This is the first time you start it
Because you downloaded our software from internet, at first start (only at first start) you will have to wait for some time (it can be almost one minute), and you will be asked if you are sure you want to open it.

Click on the "Open" button to run the application.


After a software crash
It is possible that the application is still running in computer memory.

- open the MacOS main menu "Apple" > "Force to quit"
- if you see in the list of running applications a line with "TheLightingController", select this line and click on "[i]Force to quit[/i]"
