No PC LINK

Hi there. I just got my Xpress512 new in the mail. I am running OSX El Capitan version 10.11.1 with TheLightingController and the PC Link light does not turn on, blink or anything when I plug it in. Not sure how to trouble shoot the hardware failing to link with my computer. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

PC Link button is now flashing green. I am trying to control the 4Play fixture but the fixture is not responding to channel values at all when I change them in Steps. Help please!

Did u aktivated the dmx in steps???
