Does anyone know the steps to setting up a Macbook Pro with the Chauvet showxpress Plus interface? I turned on the interface, plugged it in via the USB cable, and--nothing. My laptop does not acknowledge that anything is plugged into the USB port, and I can't get one of my scanners to respond to DMX input from the interface while it is plugged into my laptop. Help!

With Mac, you normally just have to plug the interface and run ControlBoard. There is no driver installation.
Then ControlBoard should automatically see the interface and display its name.
Does ControlBoard see the interface ?
And what about the "pc link" green led of the interface ?

PS: version 6.00 does not manage the dmx input.

I think I may have found the problem. When I tried it the first time, I was running my laptop off of battery power. Even though I wasn't running the rack off of USB power, it still wasn't recognizing that it was plugged into my Mac. I tried it again with my laptop plugged into a power outlet, and it is now working. Thanks!
